Additional Information for New Families

St. Joan of Arc School offers an Extended Day care program for students enrolled in Full Day Kindergarten, as well as grades 1-8. This program provides care for children before and after regular class hours, allowing working families to minimize daycare expenses. Extended Day Program enrollment forms are mailed to all school families at the beginning of August, as part of the school opening package.

St. Joan of Arc School has and enforces a student dress code. School uniform items are available from Schoolbelles by mailorder, online order, and annual school sale, and may also be picked up at their Ross Park Mall location. Many uniform items (excluding logo and tartan items) may also be purchased from regular retail stores such as Kohls, JC Penney, and Wal-Mart.

St Joan of Arc School offers two methods of tuition payment: Payment in Advance, and Automated Tuition Payment.
 

• Payment in Advance · Families may pay the years' tuition in full at any time by August 30, and receive a $25.00 discount
• Automated Tuition Payment · Through the FACTS Tuition Management Program, families may have tuition deducted from a checking or savings account or credit card over a ten-month period. Deductions are made on the 5th or 20th of each month (date selected by the family), and additional payments may be made at any time. Whenever an addtional payment is made, all remaining payments will be reduced accordingly.
